1. Who we are
Fract Fun (“Fract,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mobile application that lets non-US residents trade tokenized US stocks, ETFs, and commodities on the Solana blockchain through an embedded, non-custodial wallet powered by Privy. Fract is not a broker-dealer and does not provide investment advice.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account details. Email address used to sign in. Optional display name and profile photo if you choose to appear in the social feed.
- Support communications. Messages you send to us, including any attachments.
2.2 Information generated by your use of the app
- Public wallet address. Your Solana address and on-chain transaction history are public by design and visible to anyone, including other Fract users.
- Trading activity. Orders, fills, holdings, and portfolio metrics derived from on-chain data.
2.3 Information we do not collect
Fract never collects, stores, or has access to your private keys or seed phrase. Embedded wallets are generated and secured by Privy on your device. We cannot move funds on your behalf.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and embedded wallet.
- To route trades through Jupiter and display accurate quotes, fills, and portfolio data.
- To power optional social features following other traders, copy trades, and the public feed.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, including sanctions and geographic eligibility checks.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To send transactional emails (e.g. login codes, security alerts). We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run infrastructure on our behalf, including Privy (embedded wallets), Jupiter (swap routing), our identity verification vendor, analytics, and error monitoring.
- The Solana blockchain. Any transaction you sign is broadcast publicly and cannot be deleted or reversed.
- Other Fract users, where you choose to make your activity visible through the social feed or by following you back.
5. Your wallet and self-custody
Fract is a non-custodial app. You alone control your private keys via Privy's embedded wallet infrastructure. We cannot freeze your assets, reverse a transaction, or recover a wallet if you lose access to your sign-in email and any backup methods you have configured.
6. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. On-chain data is retained on Solana indefinitely and is outside our control.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your sign-in email and any device passcodes you have set up — anyone with access to those may be able to authorize transactions from your wallet.
8. International users
Fract is available to non-US residents. By using the app, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from your country of residence.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
